Community Taking Shape

Our Memorial Day Open House was a tremendous success, offering guests a first-hand look at all of the progress that we’ve made here at Arlington Place over the last six months. Exquisitely-furnished, award-winning model homes by builder Mancuso Development were available for touring. Our much-awaited Welcome Center is complete and was a favorite among guests, where they enjoyed wine and cheese in the uniquely coastal setting that defines life here in Eastern North Carolina.
