We’ve had such a great time with our water workouts this summer that we’ve decided to extend it through September.  Effective today, the water aerobics classes at the Arlington Place clubhouse will be on Thursdays and Mondays from 3:30 to 4:15.  Brenda, our fearless leader, teaches at the Charter School and yes, the teachers are back in this week so we’re hoping the new schedule will be convenient for everyone….can you believe the summer has flown by this fast?  Brenda wants to extend the classes to at least September 13th.  The more the merrier, so just show up, grab a noodle and jump in….it’s only $3 per workout!  Call 252-671-9044 or email bh24270@hotmail.com for more info.
