The Owner Spotlight series will be somewhat of a ‘get to know your neighbors’ campaign. Our team here has been fortunate enough to get to know many of the owners here in Arlington Place and each seems to have a unique background or story to tell….we thought we’d share.
Our March Owner Spotlight is on Jonathan White. Jonathan is the co-owner of Beacon Architecture and has been working with the Arlington Place team to create unique and popular floor plans combining elements of small town coastal and Southern architectural styles that flavor the vision for our neighborhood.
Jonathan also has a very interesting side job, project manager for the Extreme Home Makeover Edition television show. I’m sure most of you have seen the show, but it’s a race against time on a project that would ordinarily take months, with a team of designers, hundreds of workers and neighbors, that have only seven days to completely renovate (or rebuild in most cases) an entire house. Actually, Jonathan says that they only have 105 hours for the rebuild when you factor in moving personal belongings and demo!
