Mid 70s and cool breezes….just what is it that feels so good about having your windows open? Fall is festival time in Coastal Carolina and two of the largest happen to be right in our backyards!
The NC Seafood Festival on the Morehead City waterfront is this weekend, October 5th, 6th and 7th. Come and “catch” the excitement at Eastern North Carolina’s largest event of the year. And next weekend, October 13th and 14th, is New Bern’s largest annual festival, the 2012 Mumfest. Now in its 32nd year, this festival promises family fun, entertainment and festival activities and attracts more than 80,000 visitors to the revitalized beauty of downtown New Bern. Festival-goers enjoy live music, boat shows, amusement rides, the Corvette Racing Tour, a dog show, shopping, a petting zoo, even BMX stunt riders. The weather is cooling down but the events are heating up! We hope to see you there!
