17047And from what we hear, the neighboring towns are back up and running also.  The Croaker Festival will be in full swing this afternoon on the downtown Oriental waterfront.  This picture was posted on TownDock.net this morning.  The Croaker Festival is a local annual tradition called “Pamlico County’s Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration”.  For more event details, visit http://croakerfestival.org/.

Wishing everyone a fun and safe holiday weekend full of the 4 F’s…..family, friends, food and fireworks!
