I brought my camera with me this morning on our stroll through the neighborhood. We love fall for so many reasons. Everyone seems to be making the most of their porches this time of year and having windows open and breathing in the fresh air does wonders for your mood….and for your power bill! Here are some shots from this morning:
The new gazebo and fire pit at Burton Village park and our gates are now appropriately flanked by fences and landscaping….
The Breakwater Cottage, at 2450sf and listed for just $309K, is almost complete and the adorable Beaufort Cottage is now listed for $279K….hi Lola….
We’re excited for new neighbors! Jim & Elaine are moving into their home on Sassafrass Loop in February and April should be moving into the Royal Manor home on Saturday!
Our favorite trail through the woods and everyone is getting their boats ready for the Inshore Grand Slam fishing tournament this weekend…..
Purple plooms brighten up our fall landscaping and the Loboda’s are enjoying their first fall in their beautiful new home…even though they seem to be gallivanting all over the East Coast lately, one brewery and winery at a time!
So who’s up next? The Spadin’s got footer’s this week on their creekfront lot and two new 1200sf Outfitter’s Cottages are staked out for construction next to the kayak center on Mill Creek. Also ‘on deck’ are the Wilson’s on lot 191.
