Every year we are invited next door to Camp Seafarer to have lunch with 700 young ladies. Yep, all 700 of them sit down together for every meal, and loud music, dancing, singing and skits are always on the menu. The first year we went, I was thinking that there were maybe a couple hundred campers, but the lunch bell rang and 700+ enthusiastic and hungry girls came running up from every direction….it’s quite a site.
We have enjoyed getting to know the campers and staff over the years and join them as the celebrate their 50th Anniversary this fall!
