March’s feature house plan is the extremely popular Harborside Cottage. I just love this plan inside and out and cannot wait until we have the Harborside built in Arlington Place, everything about it is so fitting for our neighborhood.
The Harborside Cottage is the defintion of ‘charming’ with it’s spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, wrap around porches and decks, carriage house, and sleeping porch. The cottage is 1715 square feet, has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with first floor living and tons of storage. If we ever have the chance to build again, the Harborside plan is definitely on our ‘short list’.
