Bright skies, calm waters, tight lines and full bellies this week at Arlington Place. The trout fishing has been spectacular this October and everyone seemed to get in on the action……and send me pictures. You know, everybody hems and haws about being on the blog, but I’m starting to think they secretly like it 🙂
Since Blair continues to bring home fish, I continue to try out recipes. This one has been a winner with flounder, trout and drum this fall, and it’s sooooo easy. Parmesan Fish: Preheat oven to 375 ~ Spray baking dish with cooking spray ~ Season fish filets with salt, pepper, garlic powder ~ Squeeze ½ a lemon over filets ~ Mix ½ cup parm, ¼ cup melted butter, 3 TBS mayo, chives/herbs & juice from other ½ lemon ~ Spoon over filets ~ Bake for 10 minutes and broil for 5 until the top is golden.
