Cannot complain one bit about Blair going fishing when he brings home a ‘trifecta’….flounder, trout AND crabs. 

My favorite new way to cook fish: lightly coat filets in seasoned flour – sautee in butter and olive oil – take fish out and add a shot of white wine, lemon juice/zest, parsley, and whole grain mustard to the pan – pour sauce over fish. 

Works every time and works with whatever the ‘fresh catch of the day’ may be!
