Congrats to Rose & Glenn Lore, new owners of homesite 309, and right across the street (literally), homesite 293 now has new owners, the Lang Family! We are all anxious to break ground on our new homes and we’re looking forward to having the Lore’s (and Ron, Pam, Freddie & Penny) as neighbors. And any day now, we’ll be underway on our two new model homes, the Carolina Cottage on lot 22 and the Blisswood Cottage on lot 274. The beautiful sounds of hammers, saws and nail guns will soon be filling the Arlington Place air….aaaahhh, music to my ears.
The renderings below are the Lang and Lore residences and you can soon find both of them under construction right past the neighborhood docks. And stay tuned for more details on our model homes….we cannot WAIT for everyone to see the unique features and character that Coastal Heritage Construction is building into these homes!
