Looks who’s HOME on Wild Cherry Lane! The Rockwells have been busy decorating and landscaping and are happy to put down roots (on dry land) in their blue nautical beauty. 
The Raggio’s are close to making Golden Fern Lane their new coastal address. The detail in this amazing creekfront home is unlike I’ve ever seen….if it looks this good under construction, we cannot wait to see the finished masterpiece!
Our last 3 Outfitter’s Cottages are nearing the finish line. Guests are already enjoying the Creekside Cottage, and the Sugar Shack and Reeln in the Years are getting their finishing touches over the next few weeks. RENT NOW ON AIRBNB!
The Broughton’s home on Cotton Court is such a cool floorplan, cozy when you need it but plenty of room to stretch out for Chris and Cali, and their boys Ayden and Liam. It’s actually happening Cali 🙂
The Zambito’s get to check in on their home away from home when they visit this week. A picture simply doesn’t do the creek and sunset views justice, so I hope they brought some chairs and wine for their first (of many) happy hours on their back porch!
Wright and Ellen Sizemore moved from Lake Norman to Oriental last year to live like a local and make sure this was, in fact, where they wanted to land. Well, I think they ended up liking it because their new home on Willow Cove Lane is now under construction. Can’t wait to have them here full time, Ellen’s the best cook in town!
So who’s on deck? The ground has officially been broken for the MacMahon’s new forever home, the first house on Wild Turkey Lane. Looks like Stroud Custom Homes is going to have a busy summer, we’re ready if you are Gilbert!
