Becca Lang
Sales Manager
Becca was born and raised just outside of Charlottesville, VA, and attended James Madison University, receiving a degree in Business Administration in 2002. After college, she moved to the Outer Banks joining Coldwell Banker in 2003. She joined Kitty Hawk Land Company in 2006 and moved to Arlington Place with (then boyfriend) Blair. Oh how things have changed… Blair and Becca are now married and are living in their 5th house in Arlington Place with their two children, Evie and Keegan. The whole family has fully embraced the coastal lifestyle and love their backyard sunsets over the Neuse, boating everywhere, and being a part of the Pamlico County community.
Blair Lang
Sales Executive
Born and raised on the Outer Banks in Southern Shores, Blair graduated from East Carolina University in 2004, majoring in business marketing. He became a broker with Kitty Hawk Land Company at the age of 24, and worked at the beach until 2006 when he and Becca moved to Arlington Place. Blair and Becca got married in 2008 and two years later had daughter Evie and then son, Keegan in 2013. When he’s not working or hauling the kids to sports, Blair enjoys boating, fishing, crabbing, grilling, hunting and spending time with family. He takes his roll as the AP “lifestyle agent” very seriously.
Peyton Heath
Office Manager
Peyton grew up just outside of Arlington Place and knows the area well. She joined the Arlington Place team in 2014, attended East Carolina University, earning a double major in Business Management and Psychology, and has been a licensed real estate agent for nine years. She is who you will typically see if you stop in the Welcome Center and you’ll find her managing the contracts, closings, and daily operations at the office. If you need information, something faxed, or a document notarized – Peyton can help! Outside of work, Peyton enjoys binging true crime podcasts, crocheting cryptids, practicing aerial yoga, and spending time outdoors with her 2-year-old son.
The AP Advisory Committee
The Arlington Place Advisory Committee serves as a liason between our management company, the developer, and the POA. We all work together to ensure AP continues a sustainable and responsible growth plan.
