  • 2018 Annual HOA Meeting Minutes
  • Homesite 95 goes under contract on Wild Cherry Lane.
  • Our first riverfront home is now underway on homesite 304 with Coastal Heritage Construction.  We look forward to welcoming the Foreman family to their new home this summer!
  • All septic permits in Arlington Place have been extended through 2020.  An authorization to construct (AC) septic permit is still required by Pamlico Environmental Health.
  • Plans finalized for new model home on lot 373, septic permit received, zoning and building permits applied for.
  • Mary and Dennis Balsy break ground on their new home on Brightleaf Dr, framing is well underway and looking good!
  • The Whitman’s future homesite 157 on Burton Farm Drive is prepped and ready for their foundation and framing.
  • Semi-riverfront homesites 382 AND 383 go under contract.
  • 464 South Brightleaf Drive sold and closed.
  • Homesite 209 on Brightleaf Drive goes under contract.
  • Winter underbrushing continues.
  • The Creeekside Cottage at 756 Mill Creek Drive goes under contract.
  • Welcome HOME to Rick & Ginny Vogt!  New owners of the Carolina Cottage on Mill Creek Drive.
  • New ArlingtonPlace.com launched.  The site will be fine tuned over the next few weeks but we’re excited about our new, interactive, modern website that will look great on all devices.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Harrison Family!  The Harrisons are the new owners of lot 95.
  • Creekfront homesite 206 cleared for construction.  The Ostmann family is excited to get building and move to Brightleaf Drive at the end of the summer!
  • Homesite 105 on Snowy Egret Court goes under contract.
