- 2018 POA budget finalized.
- Annual meeting packages mailed and emailed to owners that included this year’s meeting notice, meeting agenda, financials, and last year’s meeting minutes.
- Arlington Place hosts vets and families for the Patriot Hunts through the Delta Waterfowl Foundation. A special thanks to Julie and Will Conkwright for their donation of the 35 North Cottage so they had somewhere cool to stay while they were visiting!
- Arlington Place signs on to be a corporate sponsor for Minnesott Golf and Country Club, each golf tournament will carry a sponsorship from AP.
- Winter and field underbrushing throughout the future development and Phase 2 area.
- Area next to fenced storage area is cleared for additional storage.
- New www.ArlingtonPlace.com designed, current estimated launch date is February 16th.
- Welcome to the Kevin and Lynn Peacock….the Peacock’s are the new owners of homesite 104!
- Arlington Place signs on to sponsor the Fur Ball, a fundraiser for Passion for Paws and local rescues.
- Realtor continuing education held at the clubhouse.
- Annual POA meeting held at the clubhouse on January 29th. Neighborhood meet and greet at 4:30 and annual meeting was at 5:00. Meeting minutes to be posted in the February Neighborhood Progress.
