- Welcome Bobby and Theresa Cahoon, new owners of homesite #105. Bobby does most of our marine contracting work throughout the neighborhood and we’re happy to now have the Cahoon’s as owners.
- Freddie Wilson wins the Neighborhood March Madness tournament followed by Glenn Lore in 2nd place and Ellen Sizemore and Susan Bowe in 3rd and 4th. Freddie and Glenn are hosting a ‘beef & beer’ party at the clubhouse on May 1st for all of the participants. See hootboard for details.
- Homesite 291 on Mill Creek goes under contract.
- Model home, the Horizon House, breaks ground on homesite 373.
- New billboards designed.
- Homesite #196 on Palm Court goes under contract.
- New pool vendor hired. Ronny Graham and Kim Belangia will be taking care of the pool this year and we’re happy to have them on board!
- Welcome (again) to the neighborhood, Kim Jacomo. Kim already owns the Reelin in the Years Cottage but is now the new owner of semi-riverfront lots 382 and 383.
- Construction of the riverfront beach, bulkhead and dock is now complete. Road work on the old farm road which will access the beach is currently underway.
- Homesite 87 on Wild Cherry Lane goes under contract.
- Quotes received for Outfitter’s Center painting.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Will & Julie Conkwright! These names probably sound familiar. The Conkwrights already own the 35 North Cottage and this power couple runs Circle Squared Publishing, the new marketing firm for Arlington Place.
- River-birch trees planted down Burton Farm Drive.
- Arlington Place Design Guidelines and Development Standards revised draft complete.
- New kayaks, pool and outfitter’s center furniture ordered.
