  • Welcome Bobby and Theresa Cahoon, new owners of homesite #105.  Bobby does most of our marine contracting work throughout the neighborhood and we’re happy to now have the Cahoon’s as owners.
  • Freddie Wilson wins the Neighborhood March Madness tournament followed by Glenn Lore in 2nd place and Ellen Sizemore and Susan Bowe in 3rd and 4th.  Freddie and Glenn are hosting a ‘beef & beer’ party at the clubhouse on May 1st for all of the participants.  See hootboard for details.
  • Homesite 291 on Mill Creek goes under contract.
  • Model home, the Horizon House, breaks ground on homesite 373.
  • New billboards designed.
  • Homesite #196 on Palm Court goes under contract.
  • New pool vendor hired.  Ronny Graham and Kim Belangia will be taking care of the pool this year and we’re happy to have them on board!
  • Welcome (again) to the neighborhood, Kim Jacomo.  Kim already owns the Reelin in the Years Cottage but is now the new owner of semi-riverfront lots 382 and 383.
  • Construction of the riverfront beach, bulkhead and dock is now complete.  Road work on the old farm road which will access the beach is currently underway.
  • Homesite 87 on Wild Cherry Lane goes under contract.
  • Quotes received for Outfitter’s Center painting.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Will & Julie Conkwright!  These names probably sound familiar.  The Conkwrights already own the 35 North Cottage and this power couple runs Circle Squared Publishing, the new marketing firm for Arlington Place.
  • River-birch trees planted down Burton Farm Drive.
  • Arlington Place Design Guidelines and Development Standards revised draft complete.
  • New kayaks, pool and outfitter’s center furniture ordered.
