- Fun time as always at this year’s neighborhood Oyster Roast… thanks to all that joined in the festivities!
- UPDATE ON HOA MEETING: We have been advised against holding an in person meeting this year due to COVID numbers. We do however plan to have an in-person update meeting in the spring, date tentatively set for Saturday March 26th. Please be on the lookout via mail and email for the Notice of Annual Meeting package from Seaside Management. We will then be sending a Meeting Presentation via email (or mailed upon request) in February.
But first, we need a few things from you:
- If you have any questions that need to be addressed in the meeting presentation, please email them to frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com. This will serve as the ‘participation’ portion of the meeting.
- In that same email, indicate your preference for receiving the meeting handouts: EMAILED or PRINTED AND MAILED . If we do not receive a response your presentation will be emailed.
Our hopes of having an in-person annual APPOA meeting seem to be fading. The tentative meeting date is Saturday January 15th at 10am however the meeting will be switched to zoom or pre-recorded if it is determined that it cannot be held safely. - Welcome to the neighborhood Jeremy Jackson! We’re excited to work with Jeremey and his team at JC Jackson to create a line of model homes specific to Arlington Place on homesites 355, 356 and 357.
- Construction begins on our newest model home, The Palmer, on Chickory Lane.
- Homesite 150 goes under contract.
- The top gate had another part replaced and we’re hoping that all remotes are now working. If you have issues with a remote, please email frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com.
- 2022 APPOA budget finalized
- 2022 vendor contracts signed with Circle Squared Publishing (marketing), On the Edge (amenity landscaping and under-brushing), Total Land (right of way mowing), and Inner Banks Services (pool/property maintenance)
- New tables ordered for the pool deck.
- Homes currently under construction on homesites: 2, 11, 42, 76, 291, 306, 336, and 340
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
- NEXTDOOR: Make sure you’re signed up for the Nextdoor.com AP Owners private group. We will be posting POA info and other updates on the AP Owners group page only. If you haven’t joined, click HERE and select “Join Group” to request access.
- TESTIMONIALS: We are updating our owner testimonial page and would love a few more. Can be long or short, just a little ditty about why you chose AP and how you like it here. Email frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com. Many thanks for those who have already submitted!
