We welcomed so many families to the neighborhood last year… AP had close to 25% of the land sales in Pamlico County😲 4 new homes just started, 12 more homes/lots are under contract, and the plans coming in for others building soon look awesome🏠🏡🏠🏡🏠🏡🏠🏡🏠🏠🏠🏡
