  • Thanks to all for joining us at the annual AP July 4th pool party, it’s always such a good time.  Major kudos to Brant Island Strings for playing your awesome music all evening!
  • Happy birthday baby Fox!  Peyton welcomed the cutest little fella at 12:15am on August 1st and we are simply over the moon for the whole family.  Everyone is happy and healthy.  We will miss her during maternity leave but hope she can feel the love we are all sending her way!
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Autumn, Kirt and Dannielle!  The Palaygi family has been busy moving into the pretty Parkview on Wild Swan Lane.
  • Landscaping installed at Pintail Lake.  Beach and parking area will be installed soon.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Mike and Paula!  The Meola’s are getting settled into their beautiful new home at the end of Burton Farm Drive overlooking the Neuse River.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Jeff & Sandra!  The Bensons are the new owners of homesites 314 and 315 on Sailmaker Loop.
  • We found another leak at the lake from the clay pipes that were buried decades ago when the property was farmland.  The repair has been scheduled.  Geese don’t seem to mind.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Chris & Sarah Davis!  The Davis’s (and their 3 pups) are the new owners of lakefront homesite 352 on Pintail Drive.  We cannot WAIT to see your cute lake cottage under construction!
  • Homes currently under construction on homesites: 71, 76, 106, 129, 336, 355, 356, 357 and 359.
  • We would like to welcome Christie Hudson to the AP team!  Christie is one of our favorite local real estate agents with Tidewater Realty and will be helping us out in the office while Peyton is on maternity leave.
    • NOTE: we promise to do the best we can manning office hours but there will be times when you will find a sign on the door saying we’re out of the office.  We get pulled back on the property throughout the day and let’s face it, we’ll need a day off here and there!  You know we love all of you but please keep in mind that we will be busier than normal juggling the office duties while Peyton is out so our time will likely be limited when we see you in the office or on site.
  • DAY DOCKS: reminder from Bob Whitman (dockmaster😉) about the docks during this busy boating summer coming up.
    • If at capacity, please remove your boat at least every two days.
    • If you are out on the river and coming back, put a bucket on the piling of the slip.
    • Only use YOUR ropes!
    • Park at an angle or across the street and don’t block anyone in!
    • You do not own the docks/slips, they are ‘day’ docks to be enjoyed by all.
    • Bob is often at the docks and can answer questions on slip usage or parking.
  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAREvent form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
  • PICKLEBALL: will be played this month on the tennis courts, weather permitting.  Have questions or want to join?  Email Dennis: dgbalsly@msn.com
  • AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
