    • Network: AP Clubhouse, Password: arlington
  • Cahoon Marine construction continues site work at Pintail Lake.  They also built 4 bulkheads and 3 docks in AP this month!
  • New billboards installed

  • Congratulations to the Tyson family, new owners of the 35 North Outfitter’s Cottage!  The Tyson’s already own the Sugar Shack Cottage and I know they’re looking forward to visiting AP more often to get hooked up!

  • The Laurel model home on lot 71 goes under contract.
  • Arlington Place sponsors local youth Back to School program which benefitted 255 children.  Big thanks to Kenny and Crystal Heath for their work on the event and personal donations.
  • So many home plans were submitted to the Architect Review Committee this month… we can’t wait to see these beautiful dream homes become a reality!
  • Homesite 308 goes under contract.
  • Homes currently under construction on homesites: 71, 76, 106, 129, 336, 355, 356, 357 and 359.
  • New mom Peyton will be returning to the office mid-September and we can’t wait to welcome her back, she has been missed!
    • NOTE: in the mean time we promise to do the best we can manning office hours but there will be times when you will find a sign on the door saying we’re out of the office because we get pulled back on the property throughout the day.
  • IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once.  We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff.  In the time it takes to send us an email about a piece of trash or a light bulb out, you could’ve picked it up or changed the bulb.  So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love to empower everyone to pitch in.  Of course there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Adivsory Committee member.  Thanks in advance!!!
  • DAY DOCKS: reminder from Bob Whitman (dockmaster😉) about the docks during this busy boating summer coming up.
    • If at capacity, please remove your boat at least every two days.
    • If you are out on the river and coming back, put a bucket on the piling of the slip.
    • Only use YOUR ropes!
    • Park at an angle or across the street and don’t block anyone in!
    • You do not own the docks/slips, they are ‘day’ docks to be enjoyed by all.
  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAREvent form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
  • PICKLEBALL: will be played this month on the tennis courts, weather permitting.  Have questions or want to join?  Email Dennis: dgbalsly@msn.com
  • AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
