- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Miller Family! Mike and Cathy are the new owners of the Lakeside home (on Pintail Lake) on Rigging Loop. Is anyone counting Cathy’s yet? I think we’re up to 7 or 8!
- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Farley family. Aaron and Cassie are the new owners of the Columbia home on Brightleaf Drive and will make the big move from Colorado soon!
- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Revels family! Frank & Charlotte are the new owners of the Reelin in the Years outfitter’s cottage on Mill Creek Drive.

- New AP Crew stickers and decals are available at the office. They look really neat with white lettering and a clear background.
- New POLYWOOD furniture added to the beach at Pintail Lake.
- Homes currently under construction on homesites: 25, 45, 66, 106, 137, 155, 269, 301, 347, 352, 353, 379, and 382 with many more starting soon!

- Our wifi provider is Brightspeed. We have been advised to use the website, not the 800 number, which is q.Brightspeed.com. Everyone can upgrade to the gigabit service with the new equipment.

- IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once. We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff. So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in. Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member. Thanks in advance!!!
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR. Event form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
- PICKLEBALL: will be played this month on the tennis courts, weather permitting. Have questions or want to join? Email Dennis: dgbalsly@msn.com
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
