- The clubhouse gets a facelift. Pop in to see the new kitchen layout, lighting, paint and local art wall! We’re still waiting on a flooring piece to inlay in one section where the tile was cut on the far side of the kitchen. It’s covered by a rug but watch your step!
- Wind screens added to the tennis/pickleball courts.
- The “Mini-Pin” lake is under construction on the right side of Pintail Drive. Construction is estimated to take 2-3 months and another month or so to fill the lake. Bobby Cahoon Construction is the contractor.

- IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once. We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff. So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in. Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member. Thanks in advance!!!
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR. Event form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
