The tradition continues…..Oriental ran out the Old Year and rang in the New Year with the annual Oriental Dragon Run. Crowds gathered in downtown Oriental clanging pots and pans as the dragon sauntered down Hodeges Street. Legend says that a rub of the dragon’s head will bring you good luck throughout the New Year.
