As the sun sets on 2025, we like to take a look back on the many highlights of another eventful year in our growing coastal neighborhood.
It’s GOOD to be home
Newcomers often ask what fills our days here at AP. Well, a LOT . . . and 2025 was no exception. We boat in the creeks-river-ocean, we porch sit, we ride golf carts all over the place, we jump in a lake, we play golf, we fish, we visit friends, we build houses, we grill out, we meet at the pool for happy hour, we walk the dog(s), we festival, we eat (a lot), we pickleball, we work and play and love coming home to relax the day away, preferably with one of those take-your-breath-away sunsets.
2025 Snapshot, the numbers are IN
As we reflect upon this productive year, change seems to be the only inevitable constant. To those who fear change, I hope you find comfort in the old adage, “the more things change, the more they stay the same.” Change can be a good thing if it’s done right, purposeful planning and implementation are key.
At the end of the day, beautiful homes + friendly neighbors + quality amenities will always be the unwavering goal. We work very hard to ensure that Arlington Place continues to be a place that people are proud to call home, ourselves included. The horizon is bright.
