August 2016 Community Update
- Polywood Adirondacks ordered and delivered for the riverfront
- Bid accepted for riverfront gazebo repairs
- Advisory Committee meeting held Monday, August 8th to discuss boat ramp rules.

- Signs moved back per DOT request on Burton Farm Road
- New boat ramp under construction near Mill Creek Neighborhood docks. Grade surveyed and evaluated when bank was cleared and it was decided that the parking area should be excavated down to ensure a “user-friendly” grade of 14%.
- Email sent to owners from Advisory Committee about the boat ramp rules
- Attorney drafting boat ramp liabiliy waiver
- Neighborhood Pot Luck and Pool Party Friday, August 19th
- Neighborhood Open House and Happy Hour held Thursday, August 25th
- seasonal lot unerbrushing started
- Contracts signed with Coastal Heritage Construction for the three new Outfitter’s Cottages located on homesite 62
- benches/tables and a fire pit ordered for the riverfront
- bid accepted on riverfront gazebo repair
- New Outfitter’s Cottage on lot 62, unit C goes under contract
- Certificate of Occupancy recieved for the Willis Residence on Willow Cove Lane
- Neighborhood beach clean up scheduled for Friday, September 16th from 9-11…meet at the gazebo
- Certificate of Occupancy recieved for the Carolina Cottage on lot 22
- Lot 233 cleared for construction for the creekfront residence of Paul & Taras Raggio
