December 2014 Community Update
- HOA Board meeting held on Dec 8th
- Annual HOA Board meeting scheduled for January 22nd at the Arlington Place clubhouse. Lunch will be served at 12:00, noon directly followed by the meeting.
- Owners will be sent meeting notices, 2015 budget info and dues invoices.
- Permitting for new boat ramp on Mill Creek starts with Quible Engineering
- Funding for new boat ramp approved for 2015
- Arlington Place hosts realtor continuing education at the clubhouse on Dec 9th
- Riverfront bulkhead timeframe pushed to January 2015 by Cahoon Marine Construction
- Additional No Hunting and No Tresspassing signs were installed along with purple markers on trees as the universal symbol for No Hunting
- Septic and building permits applications in for the two new 1200sf Outfitters Cottages to be constructed on Homesite 62A. Construction to begin early January 2015.
- 2nd Annual Arlington Place Set Up Cup Triathlon scheduled for April 2015
- HOA Board decides to pursue unpaid owner dues with Raleigh attorney who specializes in HOA dues collections.
- Field areas underbrushed
- New light post banners installed at gates
