December 2015 Community Update
- Trail system contracts signed with Cahoon Construction. This will include 6’ wide walking trails totaling about 1650’ in length as well as a walkway/bridge over the marsh area that connects the top neighborhood to the riverfront neighborhood which will be 6’ wide and 376’ long! It will be install between lots 77 and 78 and come out between lots 196 and 197. Construction projected to begin in January.
- On the Edge Landscaping awarded HOA amenity landscaping contracts for 2016
- Homesite 206 goes under contract
- New model home plans designed, presented and approved for construction Q1 of 2016.
- Neighborhood Oyster Roast at the clubhouse…..awesome time with friends and neighbors. An annual tradition for sure!
- Arlington Place hosts Realtor CE at the clubhouse on Dec. 15th.
- Homesite 22 goes under contract
- Homesite 62D goes under contract. That’s 8 lots UC in 8 weeks!
- construction begins on Willis Residence on homesite 74
- ARB approves plans for 4 new homes to start next month
- Annual HOA owner meeting set for January 29th at 4:30. Email and mailed notices to be sent out soon.
- HOA Board meeting on Dec. 28th to discuss options for dues collection
