- Owner, Penny Wilson joins the Advisory Review Committee
- Homesite 274 surveyed and cleared for construction of the Blisswood Cottage
- New billboards designed
- Arlington Place hosts the Polar Plunge on Feb. 27th to benefit the local Special Olympics
- Homesite 59 at 40 Woods Duck Lane sold and closed
- New pool side tables and fire pit Adirondacks ordered
- Estimate for riverfront beach cleanup and bridge recieved
- Speed limit signs installed, 25MPH
