- Welcome to the neighborhood, the Boddie Family, new owners of homesite 22.
- Arlington Place to host the Polar Plunge at the pool on February 27th. A fundraiser to benefit the local Special Olympics.
- Annual HOA owner meeting held on January 29th at 4:30. Neighbor Meet & Greet at 4:30 followed by the meeting. Minutes will be posted soon.
