- Executive HOA Board meeting held at the clubhouse on March 12th

- Arlington Place sponsors the Oriental Tour of Homes to be held throughout the town on April 18th
- Spring landscaping started throughout the neighborhood
- Riverfront bulkhead is installed to naturally create a beach (to the left of lot 381)
- Homesite 63 goes under contract
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Bay Foods LLC, new owners of homesite 62B
- Soundside Builders begin construction on a new 1600sf creekfront Outfitter’s Cottage on homesite 62B
- Homesite 60 is cleared for construction of Fujimagari residence, builder is Stroud Custom Homes
- New 2015 ads designed and submitted to all print publications
- Certificate of Occupancy is received for the Jelsone Residence at 88 Sassafrass Loop
- Arlington Place sponsors the Masters at Minnesott, four golf tournaments held throughout the year at Minnesott Beach Golf & Country Club
- Homesite 74 goes under contract
- Three new Outfitter’s Cottages surveyed and platted on homesite 62
- CAMA permit granted for floating dock at community docks
