- Arlington Place represented in the 6th Annual Oriental Chili Cookoff
- Neighboring Camp Seagull award bid for 2014 Sunfish Worlds Championship.
- Arlington Place signs on to be an event sponsor and host site for the after party.
- Pamlico Cottage at 24 Muscadine Court goes under contract.
- Lang residence breaks ground on lot 100.
- Pool closed and winterized for the season.
- Lot 115 cleared, graded and filled for construction of new model home.
- New property signs installed throughout neighborhood.
- New site maps ordered.

- Kayak launch, lift, ladder and caddy ordered.
