Becca was born and raised just outside of Charlottesville, VA, and attended James Madison University, receiving a degree in Business Administration in 2002. After college, she moved to the Outer Banks joining Coldwell Banker in 2003. She switched to Kitty Hawk Land Company in 2006 and moved to Arlington Place with (then boyfriend) Blair. Oh how things have changed....Blair and Becca are now married and are living in Arlington Place with their two children, Evie and Keegan. The whole family has fully embraced the coastal lifestyle and you can usually find them riding bikes, on the boat, at the riverfront, swimming in the pool or winding down on the front porch while the kids play in the yard.
Born and raised on the Outer Banks in Southern Shores, Blair graduated from East Carolina University in 2004, majoring in business marketing. He became a broker with Kitty Hawk Land Company at the age of 24, and worked at the beach until 2006 when he and Becca moved to Arlington Place. Blair and Becca got married in 2008 and two years later had daughter Evie and then son, Keegan in 2013....and we can't forget about his eldest, (fur-baby) Gus. When he's not working, Blair enjoys fishing, crabbing, grilling, hunting and taking the family for golf cart "adventures".
Peyton was born in Little Washington and moved to Pamlico when she was just two years old. She attended Pamlico Community College and obtained her Associated in Arts degree and now has her NC real estate license. Peyton joined the Arlington Place team in early 2014, got married to husband, Chris, in 2015 and enjoys running, reading, baking, and relaxing on the beach.
