April 2016 Community Update
- New trail installed next to lot 132 connecting to Burton Farm Road
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Susan Bowe, new owner of the Beaufort Cottage on Muscadine Court!
- The future home of Glenn & Amy Scanlon breaks ground on homesite 102 with Zaytoun Construction.
- Soil errosion and sedimentation control permit applied for.
- NCDEQ and Quible Engineering conduct sub-aquatic vegetation study at future boat ramp location. Findings matched was was previously found in 2015. Hoping for finalized permit in about a month.
- The Fujimagari Residence is featured in the 2016 Parade of Homes showcasing Stroud Custom Homes and Arlington Place.
- New street signage ordered to replace damaged signs.
- New billboards installed on Hwy 55.
- Community Lifestyle Magazine designed.
- New summer landscaping installed at the amenities and throughout the neighborhood.
- Undeveloped homesites underbrushed.
- Arlington Place signs on to be a sponsor for the Mad Hatter Ball on June 18th to benefit the Partnership for Pamlico Children.
- Fujimagari Residence takes 1st place in their price category in the Parade of Homes and was also awarded “Best Feature” for their floors by Heritage Plank Flooring.
- new adirondacks, pool side tables, and pool umbrella tables for the clubhouse and gazebo/fire pit area.
- Homesite 46 goes under contract.
- Amenities are pressure-washed.
- Pool equipment ordered and installed to comply with new 2016 codes.
- POOL passes inspection and is OPEN for the season!
