December 2013 Community Update
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Pete & Karen Hall. New owners of the Pamlico Cottage at 24 Muscadine Court.
- CAMA and engineer meeting on site to determine possible locations for waterfront beach and boat ramp
- HOA Board Meeting held on 12/10
- Discussed trails, boat ramp, security, beach, sales, 2014 events, clubhouse use, Outfitter’s Cottages, lakes, 2014 dues, 2014 budget. Contact office for a copy of meeting minutes.
- Fire pit installed at Burton Village Clubhouse
- Letters mailed to owners about Annual HOA meeting to be held on January 14th, 2014 at 12:00
- On-site storage area identified and cleared
- Contracts signed for Outfitter’s Cottages B & C
- Neighborhood holiday events at the Clubhouse
- Trade show booth finalized and ordered
- Kayak launch installed at the Outfitters Center
- New to Pamlico County for 2014: Walmart, Walmart Express, Walgreens, Taco Bell, KFC, restaurant chain (yet to be announced)
- 2014 HOA budget finalized
- New vendor contracts signed
