- The Ostmann Family is home for the holidays! Welcome HOME Sean, Molly, Mac and Lilagrace who have had quite an eventful December getting settled into their pretty creekfront home at the end of Brightleaf Drive.
- Bushels of fun at the annual Oyster Roast held at the clubhouse (a day early due to a nasty Sunday forecast) on Saturday December 8th. Pictures posted on the AP facebook page on the 9th.
- Field under-brushing continues
- Preliminary 2019 POA budget submitted and edited.
- Contracts with 2019 vendors signed. We are renewing contracts with Circle Squared Publishing for advertising & marketing, On the Edge Landscaping for amenity/cottage/office landscaping, and Total Land for right-of-way mowing and underbrushing.
- Advisory Committee meeting held on December 11th. Minutes found HERE.
- Meeting with Quible Engineering to discuss lake and future development areas held on December 14th.
- Wildlife services hired for ‘beaver remediation’ (I’m sure that’s not actually what it’s called :)). Beavers damming up the marsh area by the bridge near lot 139 will be relocated and dam will be removed.
- The Foreman family moves into their home away from home, ‘The Beacon‘ at the end of Burton Farm Drive. Welcome to the neighborhood Seth, Hannah, Sam, Abby and Gabe!
- Mark your calendars: Annual POA meeting scheduled for Friday, January 18th. Lunch will be served at noon and the meeting will follow. Meeting packets will be mailed early January.
- Renter usage fee to fund general amenity maintenance goes into effect January 1st.
- All clubhouse events will now be posted on (soon-to-be) all inclusive events calendar on the AP website found HERE. Need to request a clubhouse date or have an area event you’d like to add? Email peyton@arlingtonplace.com and save the calendar link to your favorites for easy reference.
