- Advisory Committee meeting held on January 30th. Meeting minutes found HERE.
- Rock added to flare the neighborhood entrance for easier access turning in when someone is turning out.
- Security cameras added at the Burton Village entrance.
- Next Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for March 11th.
- Thanks to all that attended the defibrillator training held at the clubhouse on February 5th. The defibrillator will be located in the clubhouse closet where the stereo is. If needed, follow the prompts when you open the defibrillator for instruction. We will try to post additional information on Hootboard. The training was a wealth of knowledge…many thanks to Chris Murray, Pamlico Director of Emergency Management!
- Homesites #278 and #277 go under contract.
- Winter underbrushing throughout Burton Village.
- Keyless entry added to the clubhouse closet by the bathrooms (where the defibrillator is located). Door code is 8875, same as the clubhouse front door.
- Welcome to the neighborhood David and Linda Spencer! The Spencer’s are the new owners of lot 156 on Burton Farm Drive.
- New proposals received for the POA reserve study.
- Down and leaning trees removed from Burton Farm Road.
- New ArlingtonPlace.com homepage and map designed. The new homepage will be live in March and the revised map is now active…check it out: MAP!
- Neighborhood Dog Policy has been drafted and will be posted when finalized.
- Spring landscaping begins…grasses cut back and trimmed throughout the neighborhood.
- Homesite #37 on Chickory Lane goes under contract.
