  • The Annual AP Property Owners Association meeting will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 10:00.  Since we have now overflowed the space in the clubhouse, this year’s meeting will take place at the Delamar Center at Pamlico Community College.  The Delamar Center is the building on the left.  Please email all meeting questions to becca@arlingtonplace.com so they can be properly addressed at the meeting.  JAN 29 UPDATE: we couldn’t believe the turn out for the meeting!  It’s nice to see how AP is growing and we’re very glad we didn’t try to squeeze everyone in the clubhouse.  And for those who asked… we got the food and coffee from Sweet Annie’s in Bayboro and Chaos Coffee Co 😉

We’d like to get about 10 volunteers for the event… you’ll be stocking coolers and food and chatting with the riders who love to ask questions about the area and neighborhood. If you’d like to sign up please email me: becca@arlingtonplace.com Thanks for those who have already offered to help!
  • IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once.  We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff.  So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in.  Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member.  Thanks in advance!!!
  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAREvent form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
