July 2015 Community Update
- 5th Annual Pamlico Youth Triathlon race held at Arlington Place.
- Rental cottage listings uploaded to AirBnB.com. Rental booking WAY up, all 5 cottages booked all weekends in July and already throughout August until 8/28!
- Onsite meeting about boat ramp design. Original design has a ramp about 100ft long because of grade and elevations. It’s nice to be out of a flood plain but it sure makes for some creative ramp engineering.
- Certificate of Occupancy received on “The Tight Lines” Outfitter’s Cottage at 1044 Mill Creek Drive.
- Homesite 107 sold and closed
- On site meeting with engineer and marine contractor about final design of boat ramp to be installed near community docks.
- Tight Lines Cottage furnished and has first renters
- new home plans submitted to the ARB
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Ronnie Rigsbee and Shelia Salmon, new owners of homesite 156.
- boat ramp re-design submitted to marine contractor for bid
- The Breakwater Cottage model goes under contract.
