- IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once. We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff. So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in. Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member. Thanks in advance!!!
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR. Event form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
- VENDOR LIST: click HERE to download! Please email frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com if you would like to add (or remove) a business on the list.
- Stay in touch with AP life: BLOG, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM (@arlingtonplace) and NEXTDOOR.COM (neighborhood message board)
