June 2012 Community Update
- Arlington Place sponsors the Joy Boy double decker boat river tours at Neuse River Day
- Mill Creek Community docks completed
- Parking area, walkway, rails, fish cleaning table and benches completed at new boat slips
- Outfitters Cottage construction and vendor bids
- Water aerobics starts at the Burton Village pool
- Full page newspaper summer advertising campaign
- First Outfitters Cottage goes under contract with construction to begin mid-July
- 5th Supplemental Declaration to the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements drafted and finalized – 5th Amendment outlines ownership, use,
- HOA structure, maintenance and covenants for the Outfitters Cottages
- Coastal Resource Commission (CRC) to write letter to County approving the amendment of the Land Use Plan to include dry stack storage for the town of Minnesott Beach
- Minnesott Beach planning board and commissioner meetings for the Outfitters Cottages – Cottages to be formally approved at the July 10th and 12th town meetings
- Engineering septic applications, county inspection meeting, flooring/cabinet/plumbing fixture selections for the Outfitters Cottages
