- All amenity buildings pressure-washed for season
- Entrance gates operational at Burton Village and gate house
- Developer and owner homsites underbrushed
- Summer landscaping at pool and parks
- Gate signage and speed bumps ordered
- Park and gazebo furniture added
- Fire pit installed at Burton Village park
- Split rail fencing and landscaping installed around gates
- New marketing campaign launched for Raleigh area
- New kayaks for Outfitter’s Center
- Jelsone (lot 51) residence approved through ARB, zoning and county to begin construction August 2014
- Spadin (lot 284) and Feeney (lot 75) floor plans approved through ARB
- Arlington Place featured on Ideal-Living.com
- Gate procedure eblast sent to owners
- 1200sf Outfitter’s Cottages platted for septic, zoning and building permits on homesite 62A
- Arlington Place signs on to sponsor Pamlico Triathlon Golf Tournament and sponsor and host site of Mariner 5K
