Creating a user-friendly site map for Arlington Place has been years in the making, but we really had to fine-tune it during Covid when face-to-face conversations were limited. The AP interactive site map was developed in 2017 by our marketing partner, Circle Squared Publishing, and it’s constantly evolving to give our users the best experience and the quick, current, and detailed information they crave.
Note: THIS MAP is your most up-to-date source of home and lot availability . . . even more so than the MLS, realtor.com, or Zillow!
Another note: If you’re driving around the neighborhood, DO NOT use the signs posted on the homesites for availability! Some of the lots with owner signs could be resales and you’ll miss out on them if you’re not using THE MAP. GREEN = AVAILABLE.
Here’s how it works:
✔ On the ArlingtonPlace.com homepage, click on MAP which is the first icon . . .
Note: If you visit AP you will see QR codes posted throughout the neighborhood that take you directly to the map page.
✔ You will see our neighborhood site map overlaid on a satellite image. Use the + icon to zoom, or zoom and scroll with 2 fingers on mobile . . .
Note: The satellite image has now been updated. Google’s latest image was from 2019 which is quite outdated for a growing neighborhood. What you see now, until we can get our hands on an even more recent image, is from October 2022. Read more about our quest for an updated map HERE.
✔ The map key will be in the top right corner, pretty self-explanatory . . .
✔ As you zoom in, you will see the lot numbers start to populate. All icons are linked to additional information. Let’s take lot 24 for example. Click on the green tree icon . . .
✔ When you click on the icon, you will see an info box that tells you the size, price, address and elevations. Click on the green HOMESITE 24 for more detailed information . . .
✔ A separate window will come up with lot details including the plat map
Note: Use the back arrow to return to the big map.
✔ The plat maps are linked on the individual lot pages as well as in the photo gallery (scroll down for the gallery) . . .
✔ The plat map shows you the property lines, uplands, shape, and size. The building setbacks are the dashed lines inside the solid black property line
✔ Zoom in on the map to see size details and lengths of property lines . . .
Okay I think that’s it. Play around on THE MAP and you’ll quickly get the hang of it.
