- The application and fees for the annual pool inspection have been submitted. Our goal is to have the Burton Village pool open as early in May as possible, but the pool must be inspected first which means the open date will ultimately depend on inspector schedules. Inspections are through Pamlico County Environmental Health.
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the new home on lot 243 on Golden Fern Lane.
