  • In-person update meeting scheduled for Saturday March 26th @ 10:00 at the clubhouse.  Meet and greet, snacks and bev, followed by an informal meeting.

  • March Madness Neighbor vs Neighbor bracket challenge is ON!  An annual neighborhood rivalry that’s been a roller coaster with much spirited fun. The title is still up for grabs with Kathy, Bill, Sue and Rose all in the running.  Stay tuned to NextDoor.com for updates.
  • Advisory Committee meeting held on March 16th, check out the meeting minutes HERE.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Jamie, Robin and Sabrina Verlaque!  The Verlaque family are the new owners of the home at 175 Golden Fern Lane, now named Once Upon a Tide.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood David & Karen Benford!  The Benfords are the new owners of riverfront homesite 302 at the end of Burton Farm Drive.
  • Well installed beside Pintail Lake ensure water is kept at an optimum level.  Tideland is tying in power now to the well pump and then we can start filling her up!
    • update: power is in and we’re trenching the pipe soon which is the last step.
  • Homesite 316 sold and closed.
  • Certificate of Occupancy received for the Magnolia model home.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood to the Yarrow family!  The Yarrows are the new owners of homesites 269 and 270 on Burton Farm Drive and West Point Court.
  • Homesites 49 and 50 go under contract.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood to the Helms Family!  The Helms are getting settled into their new home at 102 Mill Creek Drive.  Check out the pics of how it turned out HERE.
  • APPOA reserve study spreadsheet updated and submitted to Circle Squared Publishing.  CSQ will create a detailed spreadsheet outlining potential expenses year to year.  This spreadsheet will be updated annually or as needed, used in planning purposes for properly funding the POA reserve account.
  • Homesite 51 sold and closed.
  • Lot 341 goes under contract.
  • Lots 367 & 368 go under contract.
  • Arlington Harbor engineering documents submitted to the developer from the marine engineer.  This document provides us with detailed construction specs for the marina.
  • New floating docks installed at the Outfitter’s Center, thanks to Camp Seafarer for letting us borrow some while we waited for our new ones to come in!
  • Property signs and billboards designed.
  • AP weather station to be installed with a view of the Neuse River.
  • Lower dock repaired at the kayak center.
  • Spring landscaping throughout AP: grasses/bushes/trees cut back and pinestraw installed.
  • Homes currently under construction on homesites: 11, 42, 71, 76, 106, 122, 129, 306, and 336
  • Electrician contracted to correct wiring on tennis court lights.
  • Rubber flooring ordered to replace the workout room carpet.
  • Amendment recorded that waives unnecessary drainage easements on side lot lines.
  • Amendment to 4th Supplemental Declaration prepped for riverfront and creekfront docks, to be recorded early April.
  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.
  • AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
