- Burton Village pool officially OPEN for the season
- Welcome to the neighborhood Ron & Pam Spadin. The Spadin’s custom home on Mill Creek, built by Soundside Builders, receives the Certificate of Occupancy.
- Neighborhood Open House & Happy hour set for June 10th from 4-6. Event will be a realtor Aware-A-Van and a Chamber After Hours. 4 new homes will be open followed by a Wine & Cheese happy hour at the kayak center.
- The two 1200sf cottages on lot 62A get cabinets, trim, paint, reclaimed hardwood floors, tile, lighting, plumbing, lanscaping, appliances, granite, screened porches.
- Homesite 156 goes under contract.
