  • Pintail Lake is finally full!  At first it looked like it was filling up decently fast, but as Mike King said “it’s shaped like a martini glass”, so the top half took a while.  Lucky guesser Freddie hit the nail on the head with 45 days… he’s the winner of the Gary’s gift certificate!
  • Pool is OPEN for the season!  A few reminders…
    • open from dawn to dusk
    • please, please, please put furniture back… chairs around the tables and loungers lined on the backside.
    • Owners must be present for their guests to use amenities
    • Last to leave: turn off lights and/or music and pull doors closed
  • Lakefront homesite 352 goes under contract.
  • Creekfront homesite 272 goes under contract.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Tall Traditions!  Richard and his team at Tall Traditions are the new owners of homesites 49 and 50 on Sassafrass Loop.
  • Advisory Committee meeting held on May 18th.  Meeting minutes found HERE.
  • The Double Decker home on Wild Cherry Lane goes under contract.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Desiree Warner!  Desiree is the new owner of homesite 146 on Burton Farm Drive.
  • Homesite 364 goes under contract.
  • Homesites 155 & 156 go under contract.
  • Riverfront homesite 301 goes under contract.
  • Homesites 395 & 396 go under contract.
  • The Design and Development Standards for Arlington Place were updated.  Latest version found HERE
  • New dock built on Pintail Lake.
  • The Southern Charm home on Mill Creek Drive goes under contract.
  • The 35 North outfitter’s cottage by the kayak center goes under contract.
  • Urinals removed from the men’s clubhouse bathroom… they have been “fixed” a number of times but piping inside the walls continued to come loose when you would push down on them to flush.
  • Homes currently under construction on homesites: 11, 42, 71, 76, 106, 122, 129, 306, and 336

  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.
  • AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
