- Who’s ready to float into summer? The Burton Village pool is OPEN for the season! Please keep the GATES SHUT and remember to leave it like you found it.
- Neighborhood Open House scheduled for Saturday, June 15th from 3:00-5:00. We hope to have 5 homes OPEN, details will be posted on NextDoor. I think some neighbors plan to meet at the clubhouse after for a poolside happy hour.
- New signage was installed throughout the neighborhood. All of the signs have now been updated with the “AP navy” with a consistent font and style. The large map signs will be removed soon… we all know where we’re going at this point 😉
- Neighborhood video shoot was this week. Thanks to all of the “actors” that participated, it was a beautiful few days, I’m sure we got some really neat footage!
- The beach on Pintail Lake was expanded… just in time for summer.
- The new lake, “Mini-Pin”, is almost complete. When they are finished digging, the well will be installed and it will take another month or so to fill.

- Gates repaired after a lightning strike and AC repaired at the clubhouse.

- IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once. We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff. So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in. Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member. Thanks in advance!!!
