- Mark your calendars… Saturday October 30th at 5:00 is our annual Halloween trick or treat through the neighborhood👻 We will be riding through Burton Village first (lots 1-138) then heading down to the river area (lots 139-408). If you don’t wish to participate or you will be out of town, message us at frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com.
- As we make our rounds will we also be judging your Halloween decorations … we look forward to seeing your haunted houses (just the outside of course).
- Pool CLOSED for the season… that water dipped into the 60s pretty quickly when it started chilling off at night.

- Welcome to the neighborhood Gordon and Melissa Hodges. The Hodges are the new owners of semi-riverfront lots at the end of Brightleaf Drive.
- The street signs project is almost complete. All street signs were replace, speed limit signs installed and most of the stop signs are in. We’re just waiting on a few more stop signs and the yield signs. As previously mentioned, we have had to increase the size and location of the traffic signs to bring the neighborhood signage up to compliance. No, we are not fans of how big they have to be… yes, it is necessary.
- Mark your calendars… Saturday November 13th 10:00-1:00 is the Minnesott Beach town-wide yard sale. Arlington Place owners can set up a table outside of the welcome center. You are responsible for the items you’d like to sell and selling them, we are just providing a convenient place for people to shop.
- Cahoon Marine Construction has now completed excavation of the lake on Pintail Drive. They ended up digging down to a clay layer which should helps to hold in the water. We added a well to regulate water level, an overflow pipe (just in case) and a fishing pier. We are now waiting on the well permit, but it’s looking great so far!

- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
