September 2015 Community Update
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Michelle and Brian Burgess and son Jack. New owners of the Breakwater Cottage on 5 Sprigtail Court.
- Peyton is now officially a licensed real estate broker!
- Raleigh marketing campaign started
- Homesite 108 now sold and closed
- Boat ramp bid and proposal approved at September 8th management meeting. Bobby Cahoon Marine Contractor to begin construction late November, early December. Approx
- construction timeframe is 4 weeks.
- Trail and boardwalk proposals presented and should be included in 2016 budgets.

- Arlington Place sponsors and hosts the 3rd Annual Mariner 5K at the clubhouse with the races, lunch and pool party on September 19th.
- Arlington Place sponsors and hosts the dinner for the USODA SouthEast Championship, a youth sailing race in conjuction with Camp Seagull on September 19th welcoming 250+ guests to the neighborhood.
- Realtor open houses held on September 23rd.
- New audio system installed at the clubhouse.
