- At request of owners, the trail entrance near homesite 132 was widened
- New beach and dock to be built on the riverfront on the East side of the existing beach. Riverfront beach proposal received and approved. Contractor will proceed with all necessary permitting and will be giving us a project timeframe soon. Estimated to be this winter.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Josh, Rebecca and Mary Rose! The Rose family are the new owners of one of the original Outfitter’s Cottages located at 999C Mill Creek Drive.
- The owner of homesite 62C, located on the Outfitter’s Cottage cul-de-sac, requested a zoning change (single-family to multi-family) from the Town of Minnesott Beach and his request was denied.
- Homesite #275 on Burton Farm Drive sold and closed.
- Dog park area cleared and fence installed. Benches and signage ordered for dog park.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Richard and Mary Plezia! The Plezias are already settling in nicely to the Blisswood Cottage on West Point Court and we’re excited that they decided to make Arlington Place their permanent address!
- Barnhill Contracting starts the shoulder work on the newly paved roads throughout Burton Village.
- The Town of Minnesott Beach commissioners reduced the amount of the road bond for the developer to $1,000,000 because half of road top coat is now complete. The town requires a bond of 125% of the projected paving costs. This bond covers the contract amount for the remaining road paving plus a 15% contingency added by the developer and 25% contingency added by the Town.
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Seth and Hannah Foreman! The Foreman’s will soon be building a second home on riverfront homesite #304 at the end of Burton Farm Drive. We’ve already peaked at the house plans and they look awesome!
- Retaining wall constructed on homesite 153. The MacMahon’s can now start construction on their super cool new home!
- The pool is currently open and will remain open for a bit in October, weather permitting.
